HI
Hows its going everyone. I started my lift(J springs, L shocks, brakelines, etc.) today. Didnt get finished because of the lack of jacks, but I'm doing the rest tomorrow. If anyone wants to give a helping hand it would be greatly appreciated. Just send me a PM. By the way pictures coming soon. :grinpimp:

wish I could help, putting together baby furniture is my #1 goal for the weekend though. Good Luck and I can't wait to see those pics. What tires you running with the lift?

whats a good tire place?

thanks alot smitty for the offer. I totally could have used those today. We ended up using a 2ton and 30 year old 1 1/2 ton jack. Maybe one of these days I'll do a ROTW and explain all the details. Anyway, Can you guys recommend a tire place were i can get mudders for a good price (>200) .

The pictures or of my friend Jimmy. Without him i would have been screwed

I got some 315's MT's (Discoverer STT) at tucker tire in glendora. They were really nice and I only paid 204.00 a tire. I Highly recommend!

Awesome Dude!

Nice to have friends that share the same passion.

Looks great, Will. For tires, America's/Discount Tire will match anyone's price, and I've always gotten great service from them for repairs, rotations, etc. Look online to find the best price on the tire that you choose, then print it out and take it to them. I took them a quote from Tirerack.com, and even though they didn't even carry that tire, they ordered it and honored the price.

BTW, I have Firestone Destination MT's (285's) and am quite happy with them. I drive alot of highway miles, but still frequently get offroad doing fieldwork and site visits. My offroading runs the gamut between steep rocky slopes to soft sand to sloppy mud. These tires are quiet on the road and haven't disappointed offroad. I (and the tire tech) was also amazed that they only took about 1/2 ounce of weight each to balance. Not bad for a mudder.

That said, the above-mentioned STT's also look like a great tire, and I've heard nothing but good things about them. See which is cheaper at this time.

Looking good brother.
