Stainless Roof Rack

Here is something I am getting finished up. Made from 0.065 stainless 304 tubing. Is looking like it is going to weigh less than 40 pounds when I am done. Still have to finish up the feet and clamping mechanisms. I will probably weld in some stainless wire mesh I have lying around.

Nice work, how did you go about getting the right radius' for the ends? Did you buy some mandrel bends?
