SST for knock sensor? I can just use a socket wrench, right?

And... anybody know if a knock sensor from another toyota will work for the LC?

Yes, just put a wrench on it. Not sure about using other applications, but I'm willing to bet they are the same. Dan can tell you for sure.

I replaced mine and got a deep socket from Sears and was able to break it look with a rachet and extension. THe socket was deep like a spark plug socket.
