SRS light/Spiral cable

Took my 2000 100 series into the dealership today. Told me I need a new spiral cable (Part #: 84306-60050) wanted $580 for work debating on doing my self but couldn't find any write ups.

Anyone done it before? or have some tips?

There's a few videos on YouTube using other Toyota trucks. The part number is the same for a bunch of trucks. Procedure very similar. After seeing it, I decided to let an indy do it.
