I know it's coming from the rear because I was driving over speed bumps the other day and had my windows down.

When I try jumping up and down on the trunk it didn't reproduce the sound. Probably because I'm not that heavy. Anyways, which parts should I look into troubleshooting? I'm guessing it's something with the sway bar.

Rear sway bar bushings. Jumping up and down won't reproduce the sound. Try rocking the truck side to side really hard (like you're trying to flip it over). You'll probabbly hear it.

I have the same symptoms happening lately. I'll work on the sway bars, too, but I had been thinking about the spring bushings. My squeak appeared almost immediately after backing into a concrete post (D'oh!). I was sure I had damaged the crossmember and it was the result of something rubbing, but starting to think its the springs.

Go Bears! (Sorry, just noticed your sig, I have nothing to contribute here)

Like Clunky I have no idea either. But I will offer that many years ago (circa 1970) I worked as a grease monkey at my Dad's gas station. One part of any oil change & lube job was a spray of rubber lubricant on any rubber chassis part (bushings, etc.). Also used to lubricate tire beads when changing tires. Don't know if this is a good thing or not with more modern materials, just something my Dad had me do for his customers. Might be something worth looking into. Locally here on the spacer coast I can't find it in any quantity smaller than a gallon, but RuGlyde and Camel Tire rubber lubricant both showed up on an Amazon search for automotive rubber lubricant. I don't know either of these brands so I can't vouch as I've still got most of a gallon branded by the CARQUEST parts house (I have been using it for mounting motorcycle tires - this thread reminded me of using it as a bushing lube back in the day).
