There is a clear squeaking noise (not brakes) which can be heard when driving slow (1st/2nd/3rd) once I take my foot off the gas.
Today Lifted the car up on 4 jack stands and drove it in 2wd, 4wd in all 1st,2nd,3rd. No noise at all.
The front diff is leaking as well but I don't think it has something to do with the noise.
I been told to remove the rear tail shaft and then drive to see if the noise is still there.
Please suggest what should be the next step to troubleshoot the problem.

So I greased all uni-joints in the front and rear tail-shaft and went for a drive. Unfortunately the metal Squeaking noise was there.

Then, I removed the front tail-shaft and drove it in 4wd. The sound was gone..

Does that mean the issue is with the removed tail shaft's uni-joints even after greasing ? There was no play in the front or back tail shaft..

The universal joints shouldn't squeak if you greased them, and they should be OK if you can't feel and looseness or if they don't clunk when you change from stopped to forward or reverse.

I'd look at suspension bushings. Try to find ones that appear to be really hard. The ones that are rotten probably aren't the problem.

One thing a guy taught me recently is that U-joint play should be checked in neutral (with the wheels chocked for safety).

Since you have the driveshaft out, it isn't a huge job to swap in new U-joints. Cruiser Outfitters is my go to for u-joints.
