House is booked... Post# 70 is the official tracker of attendees. We've had a few late comers, and I haven't heard from some initial interested parties, so if don't hear from you by 12APR2015 I'm assuming you're no longer interested in going. I'll update as I hear from people.

The house is located at the northern most community (longest drive on the beach) and I'll post the address and map later today. You can get the infomation from the link provided earlier in the thread.

It is somewhat of a haul up the beach so make sure you've go enough gas and food before you head out.

I'll collect the money when we get there, and we can deposit it back to the club account. The original amount will change as the heated pool was not figured ino the original cost (+$39 per room). If you confirm you're going you're being held to payment...

So how do meals work out? Are there specific nights that are group meals vs. on our own? Either way is fine with me. I was thinking of bringing my boil gear for a shrimp boil.

I'm a big fan of group meals and with all the kids, we should probably try our hand at crabbing. So your boil equipment will be well used, an I won't have to carry mine, unless you run out of space. Fishing licenses are needed if I remember correctly.

yea. fishing licenses are needed. better plan on eating all meals at the house, not that much back in Corolla, and its a haul. There is a grocery store close to where the road ends, so you can stock up.

So as you can see, we're hitting the full max capacity of the house. I need a go/no-go for the maybes as they will dictate the increase in house size if they're confirming they're going.

I am definitely a go for Tuesday night thru Sunday AM. I heard that two pets for the house may be allowed? Not sure how everyone feels about a dog, I have a 5 month old non shedding house trained golden doodle who is great with people I would like to bring if no one objects. Not a big deal if he can't come I can find a sitter if needed. He is also hypo-allergenic in case any one is sensitive.

I'm up for group meals as well and we will bring as much food with us as we can but the coolers take up a lot of room and didn't count how many fridges are in that place. Wishing now I had a electric cooler. I'm cool for other people with pets. We would like to bring ours as well as we have nobody to watch them. We will just lock them up in their small cage in our room 99% of the time though and they won't mind and actually prefer it as the old grumpy chihuahuas that they are.

Sounds good. I'll plan on packing the boil gear. I'm actually getting ready to start packing this weekend to avoid last minute issues. lol

Anyone have an extra fridge to bring? Crazy question but how do they have 9 rooms for weekly rentals and only one small split fridge/freezer. I imagine we will have to fill a lot of coolers or make a lot of trips to town. I figure the main fridge we will fill with food and the one downstairs with beer
