Didn't look closely but it appears to have at least been converted to power steering.
If i could fit in one I'd be looking to replace my daily truck but the one I sat in doesn't have the room for someone 6'5" tall.
Sweet trucks though...

In all fairness the only one I've been able to sit in had a LS6 and a set of aluminum racing seats that were less comfortable than laying on concrete, while bench pressing a transmission with a 3/8 drive socket under your left shoulder blade.
The also were set up without adjustability for a short man (the type of person who needs a fuel injected Chevy race motor in his beater ass Toyota utility truck)
I honestly don't know if I'd fit with a stock setup, maybe so...

I've got an fj55 that I'm in love with and 2x more that I need to make into a good runner so there's probably no fj45s in my future for at least a decade unless I find one on my adventures for a price I can't refuse....

At your height, you would not be comfortable in a stock 45. I’m 5’8” and modified my stock seat. It’s still tight for me in the cab.

Great.
I'll keep my fj55 which has been the plan all along.
Some dreams just aren't meant to be, and that's ok. I can still appreciate a classic when I see one!

So mine is in less then complete condition currently, so I’ve not yet sat in it. At 5’11” am I in got a tight fit? I’ll make it work, somehow. I’ve wanted one for to long to make it happen.

You will probably be okay. You may have to raise the seat to allow for maximum leg room. I raised my seat about 4” over stock, between mounting position and seat foam.
