To start, this is not mine and I don’t know the guy. I stupidly didn’t get a picture of it, as I was in a rush. I did grab a pic of the for sale sign. It’s in pretty decent shape, but again, in a rush and didn’t give it a good look over. Not in the market or I would likely make an offer on. It’s located north off of W Dr on 28th St, just west of Fulton, south of V Dr.
