Spindle wear

260k+ miles on my original spindles. I noticed a loose bearing (50k miles on the Timken bearings). The spindle below has a fairly good size ridge on the bottom where the outer bearing goes. More than “catch a finger”. I’m guessing time for two new spindles. Mr T wants $250 each.

What are people using for replacement spindles? I thought I saw some on Marlin Crawlers site, but can’t find them now.

Edit: nm. I see Cruiser Outfitters has them.

I had the same problem a couple years ago. @cruiseroutfit sent me joint Fuji spindles that fit right and solved the mysteriously loose wheel bearing issue.
