My speedometer gauge is bouncing. From my last Toyota with this issue it was the speedometer cable. I am unable to find the part for the hjz77. Any help would be appreciated.

You can use any Toyota cable as long as its the correct length. But the others dont have the heavy sheathing around the cable.
You have to stop looking for 77 series parts and look for 75 series (and other 7* series) which are much more common unless its unique to the 77 series.
The 77 was sold almost exclusively in Japan and is not well known outside of there.
Ive used these cheap ones a few times with no problems 75 series landcruiser speedo cable | eBay
There are also people who repair cables if you want to keep the heavy sheathing

I can supply new "generic" Japanese made Toyota speedo cables in several different lengths - 75", 90", 98", 105" at reasonable prices. They are similar to the ones the rosco mentioned.
