Speedi Sleeve PN or Size?

Guys,

I still need some help: I checked the Speedi-Sleeve sizing chart. They have a sleeve that will fit a shaft size of 98.37mm to 98.53mm. The next size up is 99.95mm to 100.10.

According to Poser's measurement I need 99.53mm so the first one is too small and the next size up is too big Any suggestions? Will the first one expand enough if I heat it to fit? Can I use high strength thread locker to cement the larger one in place so that it will stay correctly?
