Ordered seat covers for our LX color is way off on whats online bottoms barely fit and the arm rests didnt fit either. Called last week and talked to Mark about exchanging them he said no problem because other peiple had said the same problem with the color. So we paid to ship them back now i get a call back today trying to charge me shipping back to my house plus a resticking fee for an exchange. Complete rip off and wont hear back from customer service manager until tomorrow. Horrible experience wont buy from them again. No discussion ever took place of recharging me to exchange the product.
 
Any followup on this?
 
I had to pay a restocking fee and received a refund they used the old "We do not promise fit on the LX470" as an excuse. That was never my concern it was the color that was yellow is not tan. It sucks because I really liked their seat covers in my 80 but we decided to go with Iggee seat covers and they will be here on Friday. Iggee sent us a color swatch of the material at no cost for us to compare to our interior before making a purchase and they were about $100 less expensive.
 
SOR has gone down hill, I'm the third person in the past couple months among friends who have received the wrong part. I called and explained what I needed, the wrong part was sent out, I called back explained what I needed and the sales guy agreed the wrong part was sent. Paul in "Customer Service" said it was my fault and that I would have to pay shipping for the second part. I guess losing a customer over $5.00 shipping isn't a big deal for them.
 
This is a bummer. I used to order from them all the time. I'm now rethinking it. I wonder if they realize that the few bucks they're saving is slowly alienating them to the biggest cruiser club in the world? Smh..
 
It is a bummer, I had never had issues before Marv passed. I was thinking about sending an email but I couldn't find a manager/owner on their web site. I have had good luck with Cool Cruisers, so that will be my go to from now on.

I have ordered a bunch of stuff new and used from them over the past year and a half. Never had any issues, never had to return anything, but no issues. I find their prices to be a tad high, but hey.
Sorry for your trouble though.
