Hey guys. My alternator tanked last week and I got it pulled and replaced on Monday. While I was cleaning things up I realized that I had an extra part. I laid under my LX for 15 minutes trying to figure out where it goes and just couldn't remember. Any hints? I was thinking its from the bottom of the rig since thats where I did all the work from but I'm not sure.

Its off an '07 LX470.

Thanks.

might be A. holds one of the transmission hard lines... think it looks like the one right in front of the pass side motor mount that bolts to the block ... it's a beach to get to when pulling the engine if it's the one i'm thinking about...
or B. above the alternator there are a couple hoses that connect to either the airbox or plenum from the front of the engine seems like there is a bracket like yours that bolts somewhere around the fuel rail in the front ?
I searched all the photos i took during engine swaps of all the hose and bracket placements... and could not spot this one... but I think it's B

Thanks canadian! I had wondered if it might have gone between that bolt on the alternator initially but dismissed it since I didn't see a logical hose for it to clamp on to. The one end would fit a soft hose but is too small for the metal hard lines. I'll get back under there this weekend and get it back on.

Thanks again.
