An upstate member is putting together this website and is mapping and logging all legal roads he can find for overland expedition style driving in NC, SC, TN, etc. He goes by Eventhough on Upstate Forum and owns his own mapping and cartography company...think it is Two Springs or something like that.

Hey Brock - thanks for posting this up! I need to put a thread in GA too, TN probably also.

Yup, I own Two Springs Consulting LLC which is a cartography (GIS and GPS) and environmental planning firm, along with a few other things we tinker in. The southeast definitely does not have as many places to wheel as out west but there are a good many smaller/shorter and legal places to go on expedition-style runs. I'm gonna map these and have downloadable maps with route descriptions, and also will host interactive Google maps.

If anyone has any routes that they would like to have posted please shoot me an email at Steve at SoutheastOverland ditty com. I'm going to add a 'Contributors' page with photos and short bios for anyone who submits a route that is used.
