The 16th it is! UPcruiser can't make it. Bummer.

Anyone else? It should be a good time. They have 2.5' of snow on the ground still!! And the trail is shaded.

Sounds like a plan!!!

I have a buddy or two with Heeps that might be interested...any problem if they can make it?

P.S. I like the new quote in your signature... W. Churchill I believe?

16th.

Yea, bring your buds. I have some people interested, too.

I got the quote from Happy Days. Howard C used on some bystander.

OK, I'll post up on the local board and see who bites. I MIGHT have my Pig functional by then. I'm buying parts from a guy who's wife is about to give birth any day, and he needs to remove the axles to send me the parts. We're in a holding pattern right now...

Great! Remind your gang that this I abide by tread lightly and no booze (on the trail), in case they're concerned about that.

Tell your guy to start disassembly, that will bring on labor, then he can finish after the baby is home!
(My God, I'm brilliant!)

11 days and counting. We still have snow in woods near my house, so there may be some left up there by next w/e!!!

I'll be at Blueberry on Friday night (April 15th) by 7 or 8 PM!!

TimberCruiser,

Did you decide to camp (i.e. tent and all) or get a hotel room at the Campground?

Just got my camping spot confirmed...somewhere dry, away from the remaining snow!

I am hoping to leave Brighton area around noon on the 15th. So I should be around Saulte Ste. Marie by 5 or 6 PM.

If anyone wants to meet up before the border let me know? Otherwise I'll see you in camp.

Still need to relocate my rear diff breather this weekend.

I might meet you near Mackinaw that evening! I'll call you.

It's a great trail up there. C'mon up!
