For Sale Somebody snag this '13 for 39k

The vehicle has 111k on it but somehow CarFax is only reporting 16k from over 3 years ago as the latest reading. Sounds too good to be true and unless they have physical service records to show the maintenance history I wouldn't risk dropping 40k on it. Something is fishy. But maybe I'm just paranoid.
