After couple of months working on my truki with no time to post , I find some time to introduce my evolutions on my KZJ73, I`m runing for more than 5000 km the watercooler and now I have some iteresting data about, for me was very important to fit the in/out temp gauge to know the real performance of that, and now I can say that is not bad, becuse in the worst situation the intake temp never goes over 45 degres, pumping air at 15 psi, I know my turbo set up maybe is not very hard but I think I dont need more, I was testing in a several climbing and also Hiway, at 120km/h average, at 2800 RPM, and the max in the turbo outlet was 96 degres whit 40 on the intake, some pics about.

Finally

For long time I was thinking to build a complete exhaust line in 2,5" , some people told me 3" better, but I decide to use 2,5, and the result is not bad, maybe is not more much power, but I felt in the engine temp, now it is a little bit lower, in the same conditions

And the las think was the front bumper, The idea was to use the bumper as a air tank reservoir, because I dont love to fix a big tank in the chasis or another place, my 73 is not bib in of,, jeje

The way was the same to the exhaust,, 316 inox (stainless for you)

The final capacity is arround 25 liters, not too much but I think it can be fine with some viair 480c,
Sorry for the size of the pics, I dont why they are small like that

Thanks, the tube is 2mm , maybe is not srtong in of , as arb bumpers or any other marks, but stainless is more sotft than steel, I expect to bend and no crack if I crash, in any case It is not done as a usual bumpers, I need to take care whit it, main job is a reservoir,
