As Tinker said, yes and very strong. I have a set and can lift the truck using only the bolted on sliders. They're great and saved me from damage more times than I can count.

It's nice to hear say: "That's what sliders are for" when we bang them on the rocks.

As you can see from the pic, the bad thing about the sand paper like paint on these is that it traps dust like a magnet.

But, your wet shoe won't slip off while climbing in. I did that once and busted my face on the sill.
