This is in good shape with bracket and injection pump lever. Never used it myself.

I believe it came off a 1982 BJ40 3B

The compensator adjusts the fuel in accordance with elevation to reduce smoking and fuel consumption.

My 13bt was strong till I found out that 3 cylinders had approx 200 psi and on had 20 psi.

A lesson on making sure you get compression tested before spending a bucket of money on an import engine.

It is currently under going a full rebuild to do it right. It is at the machinist's right now.

It should be awesome power and fuel economy.

Good to know about the compensator, Thanks for the breakdown! Sorry to hear about the trouble with the 13bt. I am currently searching for a 13bt to upgrade the 3b. What price range should I be expecting for a running 13bt?

Would you happen to know the part number for this? I's starting my search for this part and any information would be appreciated.
