SOLD Imported this a while ago. Includes all factory plumbing, wiring from sill to tank, switch and dual filler neck (replaced all springs with new OEM).

The return switching solenoid was damaged in transit (see pic's) and will need to be repaired/replaced if using the factory set-up. The solenoid is part #77720-60020, VALVE ASSY, FUEL TANK SOLENOID RETURN. DIY List is $177. Or repair the old one as only the nipple is missing.

I can also include a standard 81 overhead console without the dual tank gauge. But an aftermarket could easily be added.

Asking $750.00 OBO plus shipping from T1W 1S8, Canada. If a buyer is Stateside and patient I can arrange shipping from 59484. Approximate dimensions 550x1100x300mm (24x48x12") and weighs 26kg (60 lbs)

Factory switch. Note: All hardware was removed from a fairly rust free donor vehicle with care by a LCOOL member. Every nut and bolt required should be there. I will also include the 2 steel riv-nuts needed for the tank hanger install.

I would knock $50 off for the console if you don't need it, so $700 USD OBO. Basically trying to get what I have into it. The full kit wasn't cheap to source and ship over and I've not seen another for sale. Mostly just half of the puzzle with lots of parts missing that add up. I replaced $125 in parts that showed wear on the dual filler.

Some info I gathered through research on tanks - take it or leave it:
As most know, an option is to run a transfer set-up through the main tank vent. All other overlanders I've met run it this way and have not reported a problem. But the dual filler neck alone is $350 and you need all the additional parts to install it. Usually $2k + to do it proper with a custom tank.

Another option is to price a Longranger. And custom build a rear bumper around it as none from NA will accommodate it unless you buy the ARB anchor. Worth mentioning that this one will work with any rear bumper including Lukes (most tanks will not) and will also allow a spare in the stock location underneath if one chooses. Or an additional water tank.

So this is an economical option that would extend your range an additional 13gal, or ~ 400km with the 1HD-T. Personally I've only once needed more than 15gal extra. YMMV

Greasers: this would make a great set-up for WVO with minimal cross-contamination.
