Upcoming Runs:
January 2007
Big Bear - January 13th (Rating = 1) Snow Run! (But, Maintenance may be postponed until March-April) Adopt-A-Trail (3N08) maintenance outing. The tentative plan is to perform a few hours of trail maintenance and then run one of the nearby trails. We will likely meet up at the Big Bear Discovery Center at 9:00 a.m. sharp. We could really use the manpower to tackle these problems before winter is upon us. Can you make it? Please confirm with Mark Watkins or e-mail him for more information.
February 2007
Soggy Dry Lake - February 10-12th (Rating = 1-5) Overnight Family Trip; Base Camp, Day Runs. It's a great place to wheel wagons as well as short wheel bases. Bring your motorcycles, go-karts, or whatever. The "Hammer" trails are a short drive for those that are brave. Please contact Paul Thomas for more details.
Calico - February 17-18th (Rating = 1) TLCA L.A. County is planning to assist and work in cooperation with BLM to do a clean up through Mule, Doran, and Odessa Canyon while enjoying some fun and challenging wheeling. There will be a variety of trails to tackle for stock rigs and for those modified rigs looking for some weekend enjoyment, while volunteering to clean up one of our favorite areas trashed by the undesirables. We would seriously like to make this a joint effort for success with all Land Cruiser chapters or clubs such as So Cal, Gold Coast, Tierra Del Sol, So Cal 80's, FJ Cruisers, and those individuals not affiliated with a club. Can you make it? Please confirm with Mark Watkins or e-mail him for more information.
