So why the @#$% do i need a tv?

Other than getting my jersey shore on, i havent turned on my tv for 2 weeks. I tried to watch a movie last night and i turned it off. (Btw, The Other Guys sucks)

I pay 160-180/mo for cable and internet (another service i dont want anymore).

I have however, discovered that i have a backyard, and at some point i built an rc course out there. My 4runner has never driven better. I'm even back helping the grinch with my fj45. I dont want to punch babies. I even walked through a walmart yesterday and didnt want to nuke the human race (That may be a bad thing though). I feel like im on a permanent pys.

I dont see a need for a tv in the future either. Obviously hollywood is done making movies. Tv sucks. And i hate watching sports. At least now when someone tries to talk to me about how some over paid delinquent caught a ball, i dont have to pretend to care, i can just say, "i dont have a tv".

I dont think i want a computer anymore either...i typed that from my phone. Who the fxxx needs apostrophes and capital letters. Screw gumby.
 
Lol. I'm enjoying not paying comcast $170/mo.

Same thing dude. I've been working on the cruiser, put in some new electical outlets that have been sitting around for over a year and am generally more productive.

TV rots your brain.
 
I still need to watch my hockey, F1, and top gear so tv may be staying. I think aimee will slice my head off if i ditch the tv, thats her "hobby".

John im swapping my rear springs in tomorrow, swing by when you get off work if you want to sharpen a machette in a diffrent garage than your own.

I gots s*** s*** to do tomorrow...but maybe wed or thurs, that is if you arent busy with work or something...
 
I spent the entire day in the garage listening to right wing radio, and then spent the rest of the evening in the yard in front of my weber felt like I truely accomplished something, I dont what. It was quite nice..... brought myself back to the civilized world playing some ps3 till 1am lol!!
 
Dude...I have been on the no TV thing for years...

Can't get rid of it...I like top gear too much

I watch about an hour a day on average
