So who's going to Bonaroo this year?

Just decided that I might go up to Bonaroo this year and camp out for the festival. Any of you guys going this year? Any of you that have been think it is ok to take a family up there, or is it a big hippie, woodstock, left-hand cig. party?

I'll be there. I've been to four of the six. There is an element of big hippie, woodstock, lefthand cig party. Plus mucho cerveza and shots frat party. And anything else that might inebriate one from nitrous to X. OTOH there is ample security and I can't recall anyone getting out of hand for long.

Sure, take your family. I'm clean and sober, none of it bothers me. My daughter 33 will be there, she's the same and has a ball.

Kids probably cost the same ticket as adults. If they're not really into music I'd leave them at grannie's.

I'll be there...with the big ole 80. Like what Bill said, everything under the sun will be there, but the people are all VERY nice and welcoming. If the kids are old enough to hold their own, but young enough not to want to do any of the stuff there, then it would be a great experience.
