EVP-executive VP [handles event insurance]

Nick resigned on July 1st.

Position is open. We will have nominations at the next BOD meeting. Wouldn't be surprised if the other gentleman that ran against Nick at the election stepped forwards or was nominated. Jeff Z. knows him and vouched for him back then, and still thinks highly of him and his track record with TLCA.
