For picking up the tab for my dinner Saturday night?
The gal came with the check about half an hour after bringing the meal, which was fine by me, but she took it away again a couple of minutes later, before I even had a chance to look at it. I figured with how busy they were, she'd just accidentally given me someone else's check and would be back with mine soon enough.
She never came back!
