Selling my 1972 FJ-40, had it since the late 80's. Runs well, everything works. Pulled the body back then and blasted and painted the frame. Stock inline 6 with 32/36 Weber progressive and ceramic coated 3/2/1 header with aluminized 2-1/2 " exhaust. Recently resealed stock 3-speed trans and transfer case. 410 gears with Aussie lockers front and rear (still have original open gearsets), installed a few years ago with all new bearings and seals, front diff guard. Rancho leaf springs. Almost new BFG KM2 Mud Terrains 33x10.5x15LT. Replaced floor under seats and fuel tank, installed new fuel tank. Front discs, outer shafts and Aisin hubs from 60 series (still have all the original parts). Half doors. New SOR bimini top. Factory hard top and doors included. Mazda 626 buckets with Crow Enterprises lap belts. New battery and radiator hoses. Tow bar. Have rear jump seat frames. Opened rear fender 2 inches up and back with "factory" lip. Has bad cancer on front fenders and along rear body above frame mount, I have a clean rear channel piece from the body that donated the floor. Mechanically sound. Factory Manuals.

Still have it. If I'm off on the value, let me know, I'm a little biased. It's been in the family longer than most of my kids!
 
Lol, actually grew up in Michigan so I know what you mean! Get a little spoiled out here in dry CA :cool:
