Southeast Overland Adventures will be going back to Snowbird November 5th and 6th if anyone is interested.

Trails range from mild to wild. There are 30 spots available and around 22 are already taken for Saturday. We will be camping at Crawford's Campground (about 15 minutes from the trails) and a catered BBQ dinner is planned if we can get enough interest. Cost is $25/person/day for access to the private property (payable to the member who lets you in on their guest pass) plus camping at Crawford's.

For more information see a full thread in the UC section HERE.

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

The following weekend is our annual trip to Harlan, KY.

It's $30 for a season pass per rig, and per Mapquest it's actually 4 minutes closer from the Triangle area than Murphy, NC is!

Guys - you are correct that the cost is $25/person/day to access the property. This is a private, members only club. Membership costs $1,000/year and each member's 5 allowed guests have to stay with that member the entire time so basically you are guided through the property. There also is a strict cap on the number of members so you probably won't see anyone else the entire time you are on the property. At this price I won't make any profit. All I'm trying to do is provide access to an awesome piece of private property.

I've taken two trips to Snowbird the past month. Everyone has loved it and two members the weekend before last already ponied up the funds to become members. There are some pics from the last trip posted HERE.

Steve, I apologize for the earlier post. I did not know that this was a SEO sponsored event.

I had thought that you were just promoting a new 4x4 park that seemed incredibly expensive to me.

For a sponsored event by an offroading company $25 per person a day is pretty much right on then.

One day i'll have to check it out.
