if we get work off tomorrow, anyone want to head out for a ride?

I'll be doing my wheelin on the way in to work tomorrow and the way home. No work, no pay. Only missed one day due to snow and that was when the 4-runner got stuck in a 3'drift coming out of my driveway. The wifes Z71 offroad had a hell of a time with it later that day

ok my bad. i was thinking an impromptu journey to the GWNF, even pull people out of ditches on the way for community service if need be.

Anyone here do the ferrying of doctors and nurses to and from the hospitals? Probably not going to be needed tomorrow but just curious if anyone here has done it. My buddy with the NOVA Jeepers did during the big one in 2009.

Yeah, I did exactly this back during Snowmageddon. It was a tremendous amount of fun.

I called Alexandria Inova last night and they hasn't, yet, set up their Snow Command that organizes the effort, but they expected to today.

I encourage anyone to call your local hospital to see if they need drivers.

Not much fun at all today. Think the weatherman got one over on us

either they are HORRIBLE their jobs, or they lie to get ratings. Either way, come on. 6-10 inches in DC, ended up with snow but no accumulation. Interesting.

Parker, missed you at the meeting. Had a good showing of about 20, with a guest from WA state and two new guys.
