Anyone interested in a run up La Plate Canyon and experience the reset snow?

Meet up at Giant station on Hwy 160 West.

I don't see why we couldn't push back to 12:30, La Plata Canyon is close enough to make that work.

trip report

Had four trucks up in the canyon Saturday.
Jeremiah and Tiffany FZJ-80
Sara and the girls FZJ-80
Peter, Miles and Martin FJ-80
Steve FJ-40
Conditions were slushy and wet lower in canyon at the Y the the snow condition got dryer and deeper. The shaded areas were particularly fun due to snow depth in creasing. Peter was pushing snow breaking trail up to the top of Kennenbec. Great time thanks to all who made it out.
