On a serious note...I cant wait to go on one!!! :steer:

when/where?

when/where?
When = when it snows and I can go.
Where = where it snows and I can go to it.

 Ruf - what kind of question is that? You sound like you havent gone offroading in awhile! :D Are you still gimp from the surgery?

 :flipoff2:

Had me going for a second Alan, thought I missed some freak storm somewhere.

I hope we get some snow soon! Can't exactly snowboard in the dirt, drove by snow valley sat and it was nice and brown. I'm up for a snow run though, never wheeled in the snow before. Wouldn't mind putting the rud grip 4x4 chains to use either.

Last time I snow wheeled, I put to use a shovel, more than the chains...

Thanks for the invite Alan, but I am out of town that day. maybe next time :flipoff2:

Yep..I am hoping for snow also. We will be up in Green Valley Lake over Thanksgiving and hopefully will have a little bit of snow to wheel in down in Crab Flats and Deep Creek.

I think it will have to get a helluva lot colder for it to snow.. regardless of this new storm rolling in.

When it does snow.... i cant wait to snow camp! :D

This storm starting tonight the snow level will be at 7500 ft. and drop to 6500 tomorrow night. Will probably melt off by the weekend though.

got snow?

Ya we got a little bit of the white stuff last week....but nothing hung around for more than a day. I did get a chance to play down in crab flats and down part way to deep creek. I ended up dumping the XR400 down into a small ravine (all alone...not a smart move) that took me over an hour to pull out.

Other than that, had a great week. Smoked a turkey and a ham up there and ate like a pig for a couple of days.....

Nice, glad you had a good Thanksgiving!

We hit up Arrastre Creek & Cactus Flats area. No snow past Thanksgiving day. There's a fun little road coming up from Cactus Flats to highway 18. Nothing crazy, but you gotta pick some lines and I got to stuff my 285s until they rubbed (or at least I think thats what the noise was!). The Arrastre Creek crossing was washed out. Off Camber is not cool. Puckered right up.
