Just out for a snow fun trip in the 4R.
I have a stupid steep driveway and trying to get up it in the current conditions was interesting.
4H without center diff locked, no go.
Center diff locked, half way.
4L, a little further.
4L with A-Trac selected, no spin, no drama, went up like it was dry!
Never realized it made such a difference, in dry I could but slippery snow covered driveway with now compacted icey snow had zero negative effect.
I’m sold on the concept.
