Here’s my 2013. There is no brace like shown in yours.

They only show a front on view in the T13 instructions but i believe this (red arrow) is the support I have on mine, but odd that yours doesn't have.

very odd, yeah anything pre 2016 I believe is the same T13. I just bought from Slee last summer. Odd about that cross support, I'll have to investigate in daylight. I didn't do my install myself, so I'm not sure
Hmmm. I didn’t originally install mine. A body shop did it after a deer strike. I need to take a closer look this weekend when we go to the lake where I keep the LC.

missing brace is a weight saving measure ;-)

Yeah i had a tree fall on mine (how i justified the new bumper), and new grill was part of the insurance claim. So my guess is that cross support the body shop put in new when they put my new grill in. That support looks brand new on mine.

The 16+ has a different winch frame/chassis mount than the pre 16 MY. I don't see any reference to the small support under the grill support on the pre 16MY instructions. On the 16+ MY version that small brace only needs to be changed if mounting a winch.

I choose the Warn 9.5 xp for now , has great speed and reliable as hell . After talking to warn about a Zeon 12 Platinum having no redundant source of control is the remote went out I figure I would keep is simple .
Warn Tech said they are aware of the big complaint , I from talking to the tech i think they are going to make a change ... How hard it is to add a plug port for back up when the remote dies out in the remote areas .

That is why I went with the plain Zeon 12S. You have a wired remote and you can add a bluetooth adaptor that gives you control of the winch from your phone if you want. The only thing you don't get is the wireless clutch control.
