will this mess up the drive shaft angles are will it mount in ok ??? if you know please respond and i will buy

You would need to run a centered rear axle, or get an adapter for the Land Cruiser t-case and the 465.

Like poser said you would need to convert to a centered rear dif.

I bought it to swap out in my cruiser. I also bought a 9in ford rear axel to swap. Much better setup in my opinion.
