If a motor comes with a sm-465 bellhousing, what auto tranny could conceiveably bolt up to it? Or is there a common bolt pattern between the sm-365 bellhousing and the bellhousing of some other decent auto tranny.
Just to limit the answers if there are any to what's possible, it's got to be an auto - no sticks. I know the NV4500 is a great tranny but it ain't gonna happen. Also, it'll need a little higher gearing on the top end than a simple 1:1 like the sm-465. I was hoping to hear if the 700R4 will work ...
