Slow windows?

Just thought I'd share that I used sil-glyde on my driver side window channel to great success. Window goes up and down perfectly now. Key is pulling the panel and lubing the tracks that are hidden in the door. If you just lube the tracks that are visible, you'll not notice much difference.

is it an oil, paste, graphite, other?

I sprayed some lithium grease on my slides before and now they're slower and stick. Lithium grease is pretty goopy though. need to clean them and relube with something better.
 
Have no experience with Toyota power windows (mine ain't got no doors :) but have you tried the the dry spray lube.
