On my 2000LX I recently had an issue where my wheel speed sensor on my front left was causing the beep and occasionally the brake would grab. I determined that my rack was moving quite a bit due to the bushings being shot. I replaced them (thanks to the advice found here) and even had my inner and outer ends replaced with OEM inners and Moog outers. I tried to do them myself but couldn't brake the nuts loose on the inners so I opted for an indy to do it. They were also supposed to take it for an alignment. I just got it back yesterday and noticed that at higher speeds (65+) I get a bit of a shake and I swear the truck pulls to the right. I am thinking that they never did actually do the alignment. Also it is worth noting that about a month ago I replaced the rotor disks and repacked the bearings so I feel they are good.

I would like any feedback as to what the vibration could be? Should I take it to another alignment shop? I have one that is really good about letting me know if it doesn't need one. Thanks in advance for any help.

I had a pull to the right on my '98 LX. I was under the impression that it was my rack, bushings, or inner/outer tie rods. Then I read up on that new tires, and the way they are manufactured, could be the culprit for the pull. I bought my tires at Costco so I asked to have the front tires swapped. The truck then pulled to the left. When I took it back to them they rebalanced the tires. I took it out on the freeway at 70+ mph. Straight.

I know you haven't mentioned anything about tires. Not sure if your running bigger tires. Make sure your tires are balanced. You've done a lot to your steering components.
Good luck.

My tires are new in January and are normal size. When experimenting as to why the wheel speed sensor was going off I did switch the front tires. I will look into balancing them or at least switching them back.

Isn't it reasonable to assume that if an alignment was done I wouldn't have a pull or a vibration?
