Super long shot but does anyone have the pictured front bumper and PTO winch lying around? Interested in trading or cash or a combo of the two?

I’ve the setup from an 88 hj61 willing to sell depend on price ,do you have the pto winch and the gearbox yet?
I have 3 sets of pto winch for sell too.
Just waiting for the snow to melt to dig out those winches
 
I don’t have anything. pm me what you have in mind at the end of the day if the set up costs more than an arb with a winch I’ll that route.
 
I also have the 2 chrome plates that go on both sides of the bumper space

Thanks everyone. After further looking in to this as much as I would love a take off that someone would just be throwing away or is collecting dust in their garage, I think that it is just more cost effective to get an ARB. I appreciated everyone reaching out.

Sorry, just to make sure we're on the same page, I said "bumper" but in the first place I am precisely interested in the chrome "bullbar" highlighted in the below picture and the 2 chrome "plates" that come with the PTO bumper. Let's start with this first deal and see how it goes then we will probably extend to the mechanical winches. So, please tell me your price (Chrome Bullbar+Plates)
