Should I go with OEM shocks or can I get away with aftermarket? And how much should I expect to spend? THanks

I have always had good luck with Monroes and Ranchos.
what about pro-comp's ES9000 some one on board running them?

If you are planning on lifting than go with Doestch Tech 3000 in front and 8000 in rear. They ride really nice and half the price of OME.
If not lifting than go with OEM or Doestch.

From what I can tell you can go with OME. Main issue is the shock bottoming out. But if cost is an issue OEM are a good deal. Then buy what you need when you get your lift, eswpecially since most people just buy a kit and shocks are included.
Doetsch Tech can be purchased through Summit Racing. These are what I am going to run as I have heard they are better than the Rancho's and othe rbrands that people say stay away from. (Some peopel do swear by Rancho as well)
As far as Doetsch Tech go I havent heard much about the 3000 as stated above. The 8000 pre-runner are what I am going to run. See sig for specs on my rig.
