Recently noticed car handles bumpy roads with extreme shaking inside, just checked underneath and at least two shocks are leaking.
( for DD not off roads)
Is the oem best for lx470?
Does LC shocks fit lx?
Are there better brands than oem?

Thanks

When getting the brakes and rotors done my mechanic noticed the same thing. I went ahead and invested in the new shocks. It rides like a real Lexus now- since my wife was driving it I had no idea how much that made a difference. We have 150k miles on the 2004 LX. It was not cheap- but worth it- the only expense other Thant the 90k that I have had to do. Now it is good for another 150k for shocks and it rides amazing.

For me the first option is to ensure neutral pressures aren't high, check and adjust if necessary before spending money needlessly on parts. If the weeping is due to high pressures then this will likely resolve itself when pressures are normalized - assuming you haven't bent or otherwise damaged a shock actuator.

Paddo. With ur help, I did adjust the TB couple weeks ago. Now the pressure is good on from and 7.1 in the back.

Have handling problems (extreme shaking on bumpy roads etc) been resolved with the neutral pressure adjustment?

well it hasn't ,however, i will be checking the pressure again and change the AHC fluid, checking the bushings and links and will report back.
