howdy. just got the chance to put my FJ on a lift when i noticed how many things had gone wrong since the previous owner didn't tighten p a lot of critical components to the lift... that said i have a frozen rear UCA and among other things, a blown DS rear shock. do you have any relatively inexpensive (not coil-over!) suggestions for replacement? sizes? thanks!

Your cheapest option would probably be to go back to RC and ask them what a set of rears will set you back. You'd have to measure the extended/compressed length to look for other inexpensive options since the only other options I know of are expensive (ICON)...
Sucks to hear about the Rough Country. I'm looking to take mine from 3 to 6. 4wheel owns procomp so they are shoving it down my mouth. i was looking at that, fabtech, ome, and RC. I don't want to spend an arm and a leg. besides being cheap....what are your thought on the lift. Don't know if ome accomidates my 35's, which i am not trading in. any thought about which way to go?
