So I installed my new KISS drawers and love them. Have noticed however with the added weight of these and sliders, I'm getting some wallowing. Truck feels a bit mushier overall on highway and offroad.
Put some air in the tires, and this seems to help, but it is definitely a marshmallow.

Set up:
KO2 275 70 18
865 + cranked OEM TBs
WKOR sliders
Stock bumpers
Unknown shock brand - think the rears are OESpectra from PO, which seem to be junk.
90% DD 10% light trails for hunting/fishing
170k miles

Plan:
Update sway bar bushings, front and rear
Replace shocks all around - considering OEM , Bilstein, or Ironman
Considering 863 springs for added load, wondering if will be too stiff
Tighten wheel bearings
Thoughts?

Go with Ironman or Tough Dog through @reevesci . Both brands have proven to have great aftermarket Shocks for our 100 series. (If you go with tough dog the rears have an adjustment knob on them - fancy)

@Thunder90 Now I just *know* you're not blaming the svelte KISS Drawers for your shock woes, not at 104 lbs! ;)

I just completed an install of Tough Dog 43mm adjustables and TourFlex springs in the rear, and Ralph (53mm) monster shocks in the front, and am very, very happy. I've been waiting to post until I get my TBs in (this weekend) but can definitely already recommend them. I have yet to take them on a bombing run (high speed offroad) but on my bumpy gravel road and around town they have been a big improvement over the OEM set with 115k miles I had before - much tighter cornering and bumps feel much less stressful/dramatic than before.

Dave, your drawers are definitely NOT tHe culprit. Even when fully loaded with my tools and hunting gear. No, I fully blame the JC Whitney Specials that the PO blasphemously installed. :)

I will definitely look into your setup. Thanks.

For what its worth, I have a similar set-up but 30mm spacers as opposed to rear springs. My truck came with the Oespectrums also, and after a year of pretty hard use I have no complaints.

Just got my Tough Dog Suspension in the mail, and HOLY HELL is it BEEFY! Need to find time to get it on the truck but impressed with the build.

Second that suggestion

Motion carried. Tough Dog is great.

Here is my truck on a Tough Dog 2.5" with rear adjustables.,

Shoutout to @reevesci for the adjustment template.

Good to know Jim, thanks. I could be a bit premature on my assessment. Will change out sway bar bits first and go from there. Although I'm sure the options listed above are no doubt an upgrade.

By the way,
have you seen him?

Just replaced mine with OEM! Rears are next with 865's! We shall see, may end up with bags too!
