was wondering if anyone had part numbers for shocks (any brands) for an soa using stock springs. or had the length of their shocks

I used Rancho 9012's (extended version of the 9000), but I'm replacing them with Bilstein 51XX's, I want to run a stiffer shock to compensate for the soft springs.

On a 60 I think 14" travel up front, 12" in the rear. This is with Ford shock towers up front with the shocks mounted to the top of the axle (similar to an OEM FJ40) and with custom slightly inboarded rear upper shock mounts and custom mounts as wide and low as possible welded to the rear axle. Hope it helps. Any brand works in these sizes. This is what I did with my 55 and are guesses to how I would do it on a 60. I made the 14" work in the rear but would prefer 12" if I were to do it again and would not lose any articulation.
