MUDShip Share shipping container from Melbourne AU to West coast U.S. anyone?

I am considering a shipping container in the next month or so from the Melbourne AU area to the West Coast U.S. and am flexible where. and wanted to see if anyone else has the same need and would like to look into sharing one. Sounds like three vehicles can fit and as a bonus, you can have extra parts or extra cargo inside your vehicle, unlike roll-on/roll-off.
If you are also considering, let me know.

Ahh shoot, i've been quoted $5200 for a container. Is that ball park what you payed? And any tips for getting it in port here?

I think $5200 is fairly right. I've done all my vehicles Ro/Ro no issues.

I used Landcruisers direct out of Utah. I believe it was around $5500....I won't use him again because if very poor communication etc..... If you want the long story, pm me since I hate to hang someone out publicly. And I think he's mostly respected here. That price you have sounds pretty good for a container... Hopefully you can split it with a few others.
