So, after 15 years in and out of the "build" side of the "design/build" part of my profession, and because of the move to Prescott, I'm gettin' rid of stuff in a big yard sale this weekend. Mostly construction stuff/tools, some household stuff. Some auto stuff, but not much in the way of LC-specific stuff, though.

Address is my mom's old house (which is finally in escrow... yeah!) at 2209 N. 10th St., in central Phoenix, a couple blocks north of McDowell, on the east side of 10th. Hours are 7am-2pm both Saturday and Sunday, 5/17 & 5/18 (and as they say, "come early for best selection"). And I'll be very "negotiable" with CSC members... bring your Cruiser to get the discount...

Here's a bit of what's for sale...

Construction stuff (auto stuff below this...)
- Delta Radial Arm Saw (heavy-duty, old school model, but motor needs work)
- 15 gallon Campbell-Hausfeld compressor (big, high-duty-cycle motor, works but control switch damaged)
- 40 lb sandblaster (useful for small/medium sized pieces)
- 7-inch grinder (works well)
- 1/2" bit, high-torque mixing drill (forward doesn't work, but reverse does)
- Drill-press (worked last time I used it, but was a while ago)
- Folding attic-access ladder (in good shape, all together)
- Triple "french-door" (beautiful, all-wood, never-installed, huge... one swing, two fixed leafs)
- Electric range/oven (never used, higher quality brand, but "scratch & dent" quality)
- Antique gas range/stove (from late 40's/early 50's, did work, but now needs refurbishing)
- 30-gal electric water heater (removed from remodel project, works but not pretty)
- Electric 3.5hp lawn mower (motor just quit a couple weeks ago, not sure what's wrong)
- (6)-floor levelling jack stands (only have 4 of the screws to go with them...)
- Various fluorescent shop and under cabinet lights (most still in box)
- Couple boxes of coax-"cable" and Cat 5 ethernet/phone wire (partially used, but still a lot left)
- (2)-sacks cellulose "blow-in" insulation (left over from install, still in original compress-packaging)
- Misc. screws, nails, bolts, etc. in factory boxes (most partially used, but still lots left)
- Misc. construction stuff: rebar chairs, rebar caps, wood stakes, form pins, etc.
- Misc. other stuff: door leafs, window sashes, toilets, lumber, rebar, steel angle, alum. channel

Auto stuff
- (2)-auto jack stands (with pull-pins)
- Very heavy duty rolling floor jack (heavier than s*&t, complete with long extension handle)
- "Con-ferr knock-off" roof rack (good & strong, bought it years ago to make my first Toy pickup look "cool")
- 1/2" Campbell-Hausfeld air impact wrench (never used, still in box)
- Air-driven paint sprayer (quart size, never used, still in box)
- Set of springs fits 60-series (good for a trailer, possibly... I'll tell you the tale sometime)

...and a whole lot more small stuff. Come by and see the stuff, or just to shoot the breeze.
