i'm looking at buying a cruiser that a guy sprung over. he says that instead of cutting and turning the axle he welded some 2" square tubing onto the frame then welded the shackles to that. he also did a shackle reversal. he says that he thinks that the driveline angle is close to stock. does this sound right? i don't want to buy something that has been done poorly that will cost me more in the end.
