Holy crap that's a lot of leave. It's about a 2 hour ride up here max.
Look forward to meeting you in person soon.

Why not...a member of ONSC had his 6 month baby out there in car seat...has one of those body and head rolls around it to keep her from jamming around. Or duct tape his head to the car seat to keep it stable :)

You don't need to be around children.

LOL...I had my oldest daughter offroading at 1 year....wife had a fit....she loved it though ratted me out for getting stuck a year later when I took her in a Jeep Wrangler. LOL

Ohh thats to funny. I think that was Brian who was out there with his daughters. I am actually looking into the airbag car seats now. My wife said when he is 1 year old I can take him on the moderate trails and then we can go from there. I like the duct tape idea. Looking forward to meeting you all and hopefully I'll actually be in a cruiser. Come hell or high water I will have it out here and done by STR...which by the way you all should put up on your schedule for next year. It is not a real technical drive and you barely need 4wheel drive but it is the best ride I've ever been on.

So can I bring my dog as my co-pilot? Do they allow dogs up there? I know some
Parks have a problem with them which is why I ask.
He won't complain. He'll probably slober with excitement!

He is running 31x10.5x15 MTRs from Treadwright. Gearing is stock at 4:11. He is right. The thing is screaming above 55 :)

I'm actually moving just down the road from you again CustomAV. Would love to see how the FJ40 is comming along.

You should be well withing RPM range at 55-60. Just keep it under 80.;)

All 40's scream above 55. It might well be the transfer case that you hear screaming more than the engine.

Dogs are up there every run...JP brings his dog....Brian brings his....Al brings his....Mylene used to bring her pitbull before they moved....so bring it along as long as it does not piss on my tent or s*** inside the vestibule we are good.... :) But is encouraged to be done on or near the Bessinger Tent. :)

yep it was Brian (Garner)....hahaha Heather did sit in back with baby most the time I think just in case LOL

:) Lily did it, although she wasn't as young, but Ella sleeps though most of it!

Now, Lily's spotting up on top of Daniel at 4 years...

Dates will stay the same....2-4 Dec

ONSC have Group Camp B reserved.....we can use overflow if needed so should be plenty of room. This is the campiste right across from bathrooms and showers at top of loop.

If going please confirm so I can get a good list.....this is my favorite run of year usually just make sure you are ready for warm days, sleet, rain or cold temps near freezing....great camping weather and always a good time.

List of potential participants on first post of this thread...if name not on there and interested let me know...if it is on there and you cant then let me know too....

Belmont...any of your crew in midlands want to join us?

There aren't any Midlands guys' left. They all sold their Cruisers. I think a few UC guys' are heading up that weekend, as well as Benke and Scott staying over at Arrowhead. Should be a strong SC contingent. I am still up in the air because I don't want to miss the ACC CG, however if Clemson slips and isn't in it then I should def. be there. Might still go and grab a ticket and head up to Charlotte Sat. to watch the game after wheeling.

Jeremy

well I will have summer sausage and ground venison for the trip if anyone wants to do a chili or something Friday night for our little group. :) If I get another deer before then will get some link sausage done up too. :)

The Blue Cruiser is at Glenn's getting ready. The ignition cylinder wore out and you could use a screw driver as a key. I am looking to round two with Urharrie, if I make it past Darlington it will be success.

Brock,
can you pencil me in for this too. i may not be able to make it but i am crossing my fingers!!
