well looks like only one person is coming to eat...others are sketchy at best. I am going to cancle the SFLC BBQ event due to lack of interest.

I will be having a BBQ with family and friends....and you are welcome to drop by and grab a snack and sit around the fire pit if you like. Hope you all have a good weekend.
 
I mean, it sounded like there was interest? Did nobody PM you?
 
Just saw this, let me know if it's still game on Michelle and I are free.
 
I was mixing up some of homemade BBQ rib rub to bring; there's not a lot of reasons to take pride in being from Memphis, but we do know BBQ. I'll keep the evening free if you get late RSVPs, keep us posted.
 
I am dropping in around 5 or so. Citadel played today and I canceled going to dirty mrytle to try and make a land cruiser deal to come drop in on the cook out.

yep...I have two large Pork Shoulders on smoker...hope they are done by 5pm...if not I just put on some venison sausage and venison tenderloin as well.

Wife made three desserts from scratch....triple berry cobblers and pineapple upside down cake.

Like mentioned...opened it up to family and friends so will have about 18-20 people coming in addition to whomever from club drops by.

Dont forget to park in lot next to house if in Land Cruiser...mine is parked there right now. Driveway is open for time being but first come first served.
 
Missed you @Beau Diddly and @TailsWCU !! Good food and good company. I even missed @ErikinSC even though he probably would've busted my chops about the UF game - that we should've won :bang: Christine made a killer cobbler and her family was quite entertaining - yelling at each other while playing corn hole. Thanks for the hospitality, Brock!
 
You guys are welcome...think I had 18 people total show up ( 2 of which were SFLC Members)....and had way too much food.

Smoked two pork shoulders, a venison tenderloin, venison sausage, home made mac and cheese, home made potato casserole, home made pork and beans, home made triple berry cobber, and home made pineapple upside down cake. Dinner rolls were store bought...LOL.

Lots of beer or other adult beverages...big roaring fire pit....nice warm chimnea on porch...music...cornhole games. Good times.

Hope you got enough to eat and drink....and felt welcome. Glad you liked it.
