Up for sale is my 2000 LX470 in Woodland Pearl (dark green) tan leather, no nav. Fully functioning AHC with new brand new OEM globes, King springs, and neutral pressures are in spec. Rides like a dream. Always a California vehicle - No Rust

~249k miles. Asking $14,500

I recently bought a 2003 LC, so it's unfortunately time to let go of the Flexus. This vehicle has been rock solid since I've owned it since December 2017. It's done everything I asked of it including road trips, ski trips, overlanding, camping. It's taken my wife and I everywhere we want to go in extreme comfort. I would not hesitate to drive it across the country tomorrow.

Prior to my ownership this thing was babied, garaged and always maintained at Lexus dealers - even when a turn signal bulb needed replacing. I've maintained it with a mix of my own small jobs as well as a local Toyota Mechanic I've used for years.

I had an 80 series before this and I've been a mud member for quite some time. I never wanted to go crazy with mods, so it has just enough done to it to be capable, but still has all the OEM reliability.

Lets start with mods:
- ARB front bumper
- 2 LED spot lights wired to a switch near the mirror switches
- Rear Springs are King KTRS-79 - close to OEM ride quality but can handle a lot more gear weight without overloading the AHC system
- 285/75/16 Cooper ST Maxx tires - 5 total and I rotate in the spare. Tons of life left

Recent maintenance under my ownership:
- 247k miles - AHC overhaul: brand new OEM globes, new fluid, new front shock bushings. It rides like a cloud even with E load range tires and handles Low, Neutral, and High even with weight in the back
- 235k miles - New rear pads and rotos
- 233k miles - New lower ball joint
- 231k miles - New front pads and rotors installed by Mudrak (local cruiser specialist shop)
- 228k miles - Windshield reaplaced due to crack. Used OEM moldings and rivets
- 226k miles - leak found in the rear A/C system so it was repaired and now A/C is ice cold
- 215k miles - Brand new OEM brake master cylinder after I got the dreaded screeching and warning lights. I didn't want a band aid fix so I opted to spend the $$$ for a whole new unit

Major maintenance items done in the past before my ownership (all done by a Lexus Dealership):
- 199k miles - new ignition cylinder AND new starter
- 197k miles - new radiator hoses
- 178k miles - Timing belt, Water pump, Cam seals, crank seal, idlers. Also replaced power steering reservoir and hoses
- 163k miles - Power steering rack replaced due to leaking
- 99k miles - exhaust header repalced

There's pages and pages of other minor things but these are the major items. I looked a ton of cruisers before buying this one and never found one that was as well sorted.

I'm not going to lie and say I've babied this car. I have taken it on numerous off road trips. It has some pinstriping in the paint from branches etc., but mechanically it's in fantastic shape. The interior is also really clean for its miles. A couple of cracks in the front seats but the leather is all still soft and comfortable. I've always kept wax on it to protect the paint as much as possible. Everything works inside and out.

Check out the pics and let me know if you have any questions.

Great deal. I’ve got a 99 in worse condition yet it still drives outstanding.

Bummer, no ML, otherwise I think I'd be beating down your door.
