These wheels are in near perfect condition. They may have been a new take-off but I can't tell for sure. I don't think these ever had any wheel weights installed. There are some VERY light scuffs which happened during shipping. Center caps are not included but you can get a set on ebay for $20.

I will ship these to US buyers but I prefer local pickup - I am in Knoxville, TN.
